This qualification's goal is to impart on qualified candidates the fundamental knowledge and understanding of using ICT in a business, with a focus on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
Anyone who works in this industry needs to be able to draw lessons from mistakes and use those lessons to solve problems in the future. This programmer equips students to succeed with confidence in the digital world by teaching them all the computer basics and IT principles.

Both formative and summative assessments are used in the assessment process.Continuous Assessment Tests and Compilation include Formative Assessment of the student's Portfolio of Evidence. For the First and Second Semesters, the Summative Assessment serves as a National Summative Exam. It is required of all pupils to finish WIL in order to finish the program.
